Open year round and family run since 1986, the Wainscott Inn is more than a summer resort, allowing guests to enjoy the ambiance that each season brings to the Hamptons.

Our central location to Southampton, Water Mill, Bridgehampton, East Hampton, Amagansett and Sag Harbor provides guests with the opportunity to enjoy the pleasures of these nearby villages. Visit wineries, beautiful ocean beaches, farms, art galleries, antique shops, boutiques, historical landmarks, theaters, museums, fine restaurants, or take the ferry to Shelter or Block Island.

Enjoy country walks, fishing, boating, swimming, kayaking, canoeing, biking, horseback riding, and surfing which are just minutes away.

The Wainscott Inn provides all cottage and studio-style rooms with heat and air-conditioning, private baths, color cable TV, vaulted ceilings, skylights, and frig and microwave in every room.

Our newly constructed Bed & Breakfast provides guests with the comforts of home. All rooms in this shingle-style traditional home are antique furnished for country-style living. Suites are available with whirlpool baths.

The Common Room is available for private party rentals.
For the convenience of all our guests Voice Mail and High Speed Wireless Internet are available.

Also for the exclusive use of our guests are two tennis courts, an in ground heated pool, picnic tables, grills, and parking passes to the ocean beaches.

Continental Breakfast available in season, compliments of the Wainscott Inn.
